Do I need a Slack and Iris account?

Yes, Customery is an App on top of Slack and Iris. You need Iris as it manages all the heavy lifting and complexity your social accounts, customers chatting and your responses to make sure everything is routed correctly.

Iris also enables you to easily extend the workflow, switch in some automated features or send a survey through to the customer.

Can I build automated flows before a customer conversation appears in Slack?

Absolutely! Out of the box Customery does a straight handover so conversations immediately appear in your slack Channel.

Iris gives you complete freedom and flexibility to add simple automated or advanced AI workflows before or after a Customer starts chatting with you.

Which Iris plan do I need to enable Customery?

You need to be on either the Team or Business Iris plan to be able to enable Customery on your account.

Customery is a paid App on the Iris platform and is billed monthly, the same as your Iris plan.

Whats the relationship between Slack, Customery, Iris and Proxima?
